Shipping & Delivery
All items ship next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding perishable items and gourmet food products.  Shipping costs are based on standard UPS rates and order totals.  Perishable items and gourmet food products must ship for Overnight delivery, Monday through Thursday, to ensure quality upon arrival.  No items will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.  Some gourmet food products require additional packaging to preserve freshness which is included in the purchase price.  Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. does not ship internationally.
We only guarantee delivery to the address you provide.  Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time and may lead to additional costs.  We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders being shipped to locations in Florida, and a 5% sales tax will be applied to orders being shipped to locations in Virginia.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.  We do not accept returns of perishable items or items that show any signs of wear.  Perishable items include all baked goods, spice varieties, loose and bag teas, and Mistral products.  We do not accept returned items that were purchased in one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from the catalog or from our website. 

Please wrap the return item well in its original packing materials and include the completed Item Return Form (enclosed in your original order) and ship to the address listed below.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
